City dwellers have asked the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga to throw out the Rapheal Magyezi Age limit bill .
Down on their knees, the people decried the Age limit bill that has caused a lot of tension across the country .
However, there was heavy deployment of security organs in a few places around the city
The legal and parliamentary affairs committee is expected to table the Age limit report before the August house any time soon .
On Friday , opposition leaders from Forum for democratic change , democratic party , and justice forum called upon the citizens to put on anything red for a full week in a bid to show solidarity against the amendment of article 102 (b) of the constitution .
On Wednesday , touring the city centre in Kampala ,one would easily notice that not many people have put on red as instructed by their leaders …but interacting with them , they expressed their dissatisfaction over the Age limit bill.
However, some of the individuals while kneeling down , urged the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga to use her powers to throw out the controversial bill.
Security organs including Uganda police force and military police and security vehicles like the mambas were spotted around the city waiting for orders from above.
