Uganda Martyrs University will face off with MUBS in the university league final on Saturday, November 25 at Namboole stadium.

The Nkozi based side presented itself with another bite at the cherry when they beat Nkumba in the semis.

Revenge will be on their minds, but Shafiq Bisaso’s side are aware of the enormous task they face when they come up against Charles Ayieko’s two-time champions.

MUBS coach Ayieko’s faith speaks volumes of how prepared they are.

“I have a very good squad if you look at the way we have been winning other games. We have managed to score in each game apart from one against Nkumba and we have only conceded only four goals which gives us courage if we don’t change the attitude, we will win the 3rd time”

With no injuries reported in his side, MUBS Captain Nelson Mandela, isn’t worried one bit about their opponents.

“I don’t have any fear for UMU because I have played finals very many times,” Mandela said.

Before the final, Nkumba University and Gulu will set the scene in the third place match at midday.
