Suspended MPs return, Parliament adjourned

The suspension of Members of Parliament that breached the rules of procedure of Parliament has ended today with the majority reporting back for duty except those still nursing the injuries.

The fire spitting legislators have vowed to continue with their agitation of blocking the passing of the controversial presidential age limit Bill that was tabled by Mp Raphael Magyezi.
The legislators whose head red ribbons were banned have decided to start putting on red suits as a sign of opposing the controversial bill.
Meanwhile there will be no plenary today after the speaker, Rebecca Kadaga adjourned sittings sine die (indefinitely), to allow members prepare for the Independence Day Celebrations.
Uganda will be making 55 years since it was granted independence from Britain. The national celebrations will be held in Bushenyi District.
